Peer Review Policy
The AIMT Journal of Management follows a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the academic integrity, quality, and relevance of all published content. In this process, both the identities of the authors and the reviewers are kept confidential to maintain objectivity and eliminate bias.
Initial Screening
All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo an initial screening by the Editorial Board to assess their relevance, originality, and adherence to the journal’s submission guidelines. Manuscripts that do not meet the basic criteria may be desk-rejected or returned to the authors for revision before being sent for review.
Review Process
Manuscripts deemed suitable are forwarded to at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on several criteria, including:
Relevance to the field of management Originality and contribution to knowledge Theoretical foundation and practical implications Methodological rigor Clarity of presentation and structure
Reviewers provide constructive feedback and recommend one of the following outcomes: accept, accept with minor revisions, revise and resubmit, or reject.
Final Decision
Based on the reviewers’ comments and recommendations, the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection is made by the Editor-in-Chief in consultation with the editorial team. Authors are notified of the decision along with detailed reviewer comments to support revisions, if applicable. The journal is committed to maintaining high ethical standards and follows the best practices in academic publishing, including conflict-of-interest disclosures and research integrity.
